Transform TF402 Standard Full Triangle Breast Forms

Transform TF402 Full Triangles are particularly suited to customers with a curved pectoral area since the back of the forms are contoured to cup the chest for comfort and good fit. Any triangle is particularly suitable for persons with muscular shoulders.

These silicone triangle breast forms come in Beige for light skin tones and Sable for darker skin tones.

Match the size chart to your bra size. First of all measure around the chest just below the pectoral muscles and add 3” to 4” to that measurement to get your correct bra band size. Then decide on B for Small cup Size, C for Medium, D for Large or DD for Very Large. Example: you measure 37” so by adding 3” your true bra band size is 40”. You wish to look conservative in your shape so you will probably choose a 40B or 40C. You therefore choose the size equal to a 40C in the Breast Form Size Chart to fit a 40C bra.
